“Children being USED as Swine Flu Vaccine Guinea Pigs!” Will YOU be TOO? What to do? PLUS 60 Minutes Exposé Warnings!
by www.SixWise.com

In preparation for the upcoming flu season, and this year’s novel threat of swine flu, public health officials are planning to have the new H1N1 swine flu vaccine available as early as September.

The vaccine has been on a fast track to be made available to the public so soon. While advocates state that this means up to 80 million doses of the vaccine will be available when the “next wave” hits, others have voiced concern about the vaccine’s lack of safety testing.

In order to be released this September, this means “skipping all but the most preliminary clinical tests of vaccine safety and effectiveness,” according to WebMD. In other words, the vaccine will have had very little safety testing, and no one will know for certain whether it works, when is given to the public.

Compounding matters, among the first to receive the experimental vaccine will be a group of 12,000 U.S. children, who will participate in a 42-day study to determine vaccine efficacy -- and whether serious side effects occur.

Some parents have voiced concern that the trial will only benefit the vaccine manufacturers, while critics point out that many of the new swine flu vaccines will contain thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative that has been linked to brain and immune system dysfunction, including autism.

Also of concern is what happened when the swine flu vaccine was administered to Americans back in 1976 …

60 minutes -- SWINE FLU VACCINE WARNING -- Part II

In 1976, you may remember, there was a major push to get Americans vaccinated against a swine flu outbreak, and many did get vaccinated -- despite the fact that the swine flu epidemic never materialized.

Of those who decided to get the swine flu vaccine, several hundred people developed Guillain-Barre syndrome, a condition that causes temporary weakness or paralysis. At least 30 people also died … not from the swine flu, but from the vaccine.

This incident from the past raises major questions and concerns about launching a similar vaccine program today -- especially since the disease itself continues to be mild with most cases clearing up without any need for medical intervention.

If you are concerned about your child receiving a swine flu vaccine, you should know that plans are underway to turn schools into medical clinics and vaccinate children during school hours starting in October.

“Although it is a good idea for health officials to prepare for a worst case scenario and stockpile vaccines, it is a bad idea to turn schools into medical clinics and basically test experimental swine flu vaccines on children first. Especially when nobody has any liability. That has the potential to hurt children instead of keeping them well,” said Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC).

What Options do You Have?

Since swine flu has been dubbed a “public health emergency” you and your family are subject to federal and state public health laws that contain, according to NVIC, “provisions for isolation, quarantine and vaccination of citizens, [which] may or may not be enforced by government officials during a declared public health emergency involving outbreaks of communicable infectious diseases.”

So depending on whether these laws are enforced or not, you could be quarantined or isolated against your will for choosing NOT to get the swine flu vaccine.

Vaccine makers, meanwhile, will not be held liable for any deaths or illnesses that their experimental swine flu vaccine causes, because Congress took away liability for experimental drugs and vaccines that are released for public use under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

That said, for now the vaccine program is still being called voluntary, which means it is your decision whether to get vaccinated, or allow your children to be.

Of course, some of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of swine flu and any other respiratory illness have nothing to do with pharmaceuticals and everything to do with simple everyday precautions, including these tips outlined in last week’s swine flu article:

  • Wash your hands with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds often. There has been no proof found that we are aware of that antibacterial soap is any more effective than regular soap.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throwing away the tissue.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, nose or ears unless you've washed your hands just prior, especially if you've been out in public areas.

  • Reduce, when possible, being in contact with masses of people in public places -- but when you are carry PerfectClean Microfiber Hand Wipes to wipe hands frequently to remove possible bacteria and viruses as much as possible.

  • Avoid close contact with sick people.

  • If you’re sick stay home from work or school, limit close contact with others and wear a surgical mask (especially in public places) when you feel sick so you don't pass along the flu to others.
